City Man Charged with Sexual Assault
A New Brunswick man has been charged with sexual assault of a young girl in Boyd Park, according to NJ.com.
Carlos Ocon, 61, was charged Saturday with two counts of aggravated assault and one count each of kidnapping, endangering the welfare of a child and terroristic threats, Middlesex County Prosecutor Andrew Carey announced this afternoon.
Carey said Ocon was charged after county Investigators George Stillwell and Grace Brown and New Brunswick police detectives Karla Capes and Ronoldy Martinez determined Ocon sexually assaulted the girl at Boyd Park.
